My room was on the 2nd floor, no elevator. Felt safer though. Horrible location. You can't really see it. Google Maps said to turn left onto street but no visible street sign at 1 a.m. and many large transport trucks were parked all over the place. On the 3rd time around the big block, I did turn where the trucks were and discovered it was a street attached to the gas station and hotel parking lots. Not easy to locate in the dark. Nice place though and very friendly staff.

It is simple, clean, great staff, complimentary continental breakfast, great beds, quiet and monitored by staff. Mainly working people who appreciate peace and quiet, cleanliness and a good sleep, Won't find kids or hockey teams running up and down the halls here, thank goodness. Had a great sleep, great service and great price. Close to numerous eaterys, shopping, etc.

Stayed here overnight on a cross country trip with my family. Its always a bit sketchy trying to book a hotel in The Gap (Saskatchewan), but you always do what you can and hope for the best. We have two little children (like the age where you sometimes question why you are making cross country trip with them). Anyways, it isnt anything fancy, but it was very clean and very quiet. The A/C worked well and kept the room cool through the night. The shower water was hotlike I felt like I was standing on the surface of the sunbut Im a woman, and we tend to like to leave showers on inferno setting anyways, so I just rotated like a rotisserie chicken until done. Breakfast was bagels, toast, muffins, and waffles. Their coffee was surprisingly delicious and as a mom with the aforementioned small children, this is an essential component to a favourable road trip atmosphere. Also my husband and I counting calories so the lesser options at breakfast aided in us staying on the proverbial bandwagon when tempted to imbibe in those ever abundant trip calories (which dont count until you are home and reunited with your scale). There werent any playpens available to borrow, so that was one drawback, but we dont stand on ceremony in our household, so the youngest one got an makeshift bed on the floor and we all survived. Overall it was definitely worth the money. I would stay here again.
