Four Points by Sheraton Regina

Don't stay here if you have a mobility issue, the rooms are not properly set up for them. First off, the beds are very comfortable, however the walls are thin enough we had to listen to someone in the next room coughing all night and could hear everything from the hallway. The refrigerator made a horrible loud noise all night, and no way to unplug or turn it off. The next morning my mom went to take a shower and the water would not switch from tub to shower. We ended up checking out and going to another hotel where we stayed for 8 days. The staff was apologetic and took some money off the final bill because of the shower, but it still wasn't worth staying here.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the stay. The room was very clean, with no signs of dust or dirt anywhere. The bathroom was also very clean and well maintained. The towels and linens provided were of high quality, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. The service at this hotel was exceptional, especially from the receptionist Billy who went above and beyond to help us resolve a problem with our reservation that was made by a third party. Billy was extremely helpful, polite, and attentive to our problem. All of the staff members we encountered during our stay were very polite and welcoming. The common areas of the hotel were also well maintained and clean. I was impressed with the level of cleanliness throughout the hotel. For the price we paid, the value of our stay was excellent. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again in the future. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and clean stay with excellent service.
