Comfort Inn Regina

Rooms: Our room had a heavy mouse odor. However never saw one, fortunately. Beds were comfortable. Safety: Felt on edge. Got very little sleep. Party in one or more rooms. Liquor and strong skunk/Marijuana smell. People knocking on our door at 4:30 a.m a number of times. And again at.8:00 am. For the price we expected a better experience.

I liked the water and coffee and tea being available at all times, Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Breakfast was fine. Eggs from a carton and sausages with a bread, bagel and cereal station and some yogurt. Only issue was the constant hum in the room that never subsided. I turned off the ac and unplugged the fridge so it must have been from another room or downstairs but I did not sleep

Poor customer service is putting it nicely. Abhijit needs to be sent for manners and customer service training at the very least. Rules at this location are somehow different than anywhere else. Breakfast too late on time table, so creates bottlenecks. First floor needs drainage fix!
