About 4 years ago, I took my 40+ year old wedding band to a high end jewelry store to have the break repaired, built up and re-brushed. They did repair the break, did not build it up and what they called re-brushing, I would call gouging! Well, it broke again and this time I took it to Ted. It took longer than expected BUT he called to let me know he was waiting on a special tool to do the re-brushing. When I picked it up, I got tears in my eyes. It looked like new! I couldn't be happier. AND it was about half the price of what I paid the first time for a botched job. I also took my great grandmother's 114 year old wedding band in for repair after I had to have it cut off after and incident with a door. It too looks like new. Ted's the best!

Took my husbands watch In to get his band fixed in December. Was told that he would look at it and call me back, no call. I called HIM about a month later, was told he hadnt even looked at it and to call back. 8 months later and no call and no watch. Just called today and apparently he is on vacation. Worst business ever do not come here! No customer service and no accountability. I will update if we ever get my husbands watch back.
