Within 2 minutes at most my battery for my watch was replaced and he updated the time. 15 cash very well spent. Highly recommended

I brought my engagement ring and wedding band in to be resized a half size smaller. The bands of these rings are a blend of silver and rose gold and are made so that you can see the pattern and distinction between the metals. Half of the bands are a polished finish and the other half a matte finish. When I brought them the rings, I asked if they would be able to do the resizing considering the mixed metal bands and if the pattern on the rings would stay intact. They said yes, so I hoped all was well. 15 days later, I got a call saying they were done. When I got them back, the engagement ring had been totally polished, removing the matte finish and ruining the pattern on the ring. The wedding band was relatively fine (the matte finish wasn't polished away, but there was a scuff mark left on it), but now we have to take the engagement ring back to the original craftsmen of the ring to get it fixed. After showing them what the original looks like to explain how they had made a mistake to be fixed, we were able to get the service charge for that ring refunded to us, but we had hoped to receive compensation for the shipping costs to send the ring to Japan to no avail. However, after being told that what I asked them to do was impossible (yet they told me they could do it), scoffed at and being talked down to for pointing out their mistake, and checking if the diamond was real because they didn't believe that this ring was of any value (they called it cheap and plain, but the diamond was in fact real and did cost a few thousand), I was not impressed with they way they handled the situation. If you are someone who has a band that is anything but one solid piece of one type of metal, I HIGHLY would NOT recommend visiting them.

Drove 3 hours from saskatoon to visit quality goldsmith. Very nice and experienced owners. They sell high quality jade. Great pricing, in love with everything I bought. :) hope to come back and buy more jade.
