I went there to repair my gold ring. The two ladies were very judgmental. The one helping me (for like a min) took off and went to help another customer. They were having a full on conversation laughing and she comes back to the counter to take her phone, while Im just standing there waiting. The other one comes back doesnt acknowledge me so I ask her if she has a diamond tester(I wanted to test a diamond ring that was gifted to me) she goes no its broken. Thats it. Like how are you gonna run this place and have a broken diamond tester. Anyways stood there for half an hour and I had work so I told the other lady Im taking my ring and she just nodded no nothing at all. Very poor service. How are you going to be a minority in this country and treat other minorities like this. They need to learn customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Went there for repair my jewelry. Wonderful work done. Staffs are awesome. Great service.

Bought diamond earrings broke first time I wore them. No service. Would never shop here again.

I brought in 2 watches to be fixed. Both needed a new battery, one needed the clasp fixed. They called saying they couldn't fix the clasp but changed the battery. I replied that I do not want to pay for a battery for a watch I cannot wear, I dont want to put in a battery without the clasp being fixed. They said we'll I wasn't told that so yea. No solution was offered. Went to pick them up, paid for both batteries. Woman at the counter said two words to me, did not tell me the total just handed me the machine to pay. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend. Having a wrist watch battery replaced but no working clasp or band is like buying a chicken just for the purpose of letting it rot in your fridge.
