        Had a terrible service on Tues Nov 30th in the McIntyre location. The clerk was snooty & unprofessional. Did not explain properly about a product and barely gave us the time of day. We left angrily & I changed my mind on buying 2 new pr earrings. My 95 yr old mother-in-law had lost an earring & we wanted to buy a new "one". We were told they don't sell just one but after arguing etc she said But we can sell u a new pr at half price! Well that's what we were asking in the first place! Then we needed small backings for a small pr of earrings bought there last yr & they gave us plastic clear ones. Really?? Won't be back!!
