Me and my wife went to the store on boxing day i got a Diamond ring for my wife. it was beautiful and the sales persons was so friendly with a very good behavior. Cheers...!!

I drive all the way from the south end of the city. Went to other closer jewelry stores for repairs... but Simon's ranks at the top of the list for quality of workmanship and superb customer service. Will continue to get my jewelry repairs at Simon's along with providing top recommendations!

Very poor customer service. Ring sizing promised two weeks but took a month. When I called to enquire I got brushed off with empty promises of when it would be ready - didnt treat me like a valued customer so I will never be one again.

A hugh shout out to Leonard at Simons. He was very helpful when I took my wedding rings in for repairs. He was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely personable. I cant say enough about the excellent customer service. Even though he was helping me, he acknowledged other customers in the store, ensuring they were just as important. I would highly recommend Simons Jewelry and ask for Leonard.
