I had a really disappointing experience at Alie & Elsie recently. I was visiting Regina and had previously purchased an item during my last trip to the city and was extremely excited to go back to the store. I distinctly remembered having excellent customer service during my visit a couple years back. Unfortunately, this was not the case upon my recent visit. The associate failed to say "hello" for several minutes upon entering an empty store. I then proceeded to ask "how are you today"? and got a response of "Good". Given that I have worked in customer service before, this was extremely disappointing. The individual also seemed to lack a sense of product knowledge, as I knew a specific item was available in an anklet size (as I have it already) but she said it was not. I'm really disappointed because I wanted to support this store upon my trip back to Regina, but I was so disappointed in the service that I had to leave empty handed.
