Worst online shopping experience I ever had! At the beginning it said free shipping on every order. And every time i press place order the website glitches (total was CAD 10.50) The only time the order went thru after 20+ trials, it charged me CAD 21.59 (including CAD 8.95 Shipping fees) After 2 mins, I tried to cancel it myself I couldnt. I called customer service, they said they cant cancel and they cant reimburse me the shipping fees although I saw a lot of people on social media getting free shipping today !!!! Now, I will have to go to the mall which wasnt convenient for me from the beginning thats why i ordered online!!! I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM LA SENZA AGAIN and I will definitely warn everyone about such an inconvenient process. I truly regret this experience. - after that I received the order like 2 weeks late and it says on the receipt that I cant get refunded for the shipping fees when I return the order, although the one who took the customer service call confirmed that If i return the whole order I will be getting fully refunded. Bad experience bad website Literally NEVER shopping there again
