Very poor customer service. I came here for a payday loan and the paperwork was accidentally filled out wrong with the wrong payday - its before i get paid so this hardly qualifies as a payday loan now. They still expect me to pay all borrowing fees even though its prior to my payday. I did not notice the wrong date when signing the documents and now cashco is washing their hands of it and says it's my fault for not catching the mistake even though they'd borrowed to me many times previously with the correct payday interval. I even called them as soon as I got their text notification with the due date prior to the payment coming out. They refused to stop the payment and refuse to acknowledge any mistake on their end and are just telling me to bad. Prior to this incident i have never missed or been late with a payment. This is quite unfortunate as their customer service seemed exceptional up until this point but when there was actually an issue that they had to help me resolve they were no help and on top of that they were actually rude to me just because i expected them to help resolvethe situation. I'm still somewhat in disbelief as to how they just deflected the blame back on me and can't take any responsibility for their part. Up until now I had been quite happy dealing with cashco but based on this experience I'll be taking by business elsewhere in the future. I find it quite confusing they would rather lose all my future business over something so trivial.
