I saw Dr Odenigbo 3 times. Your time will not be respected. First visit i was seen 20 mins after my appointment time. Second visit 45 minutes after appointment time. I complained, he said one of his students had a laptop issue. I asked if being that late was common. He assured me it was not, His reception went to see what the delay was after 40 minute mark. I then took an appointment at 9am when they open hoping to avoid a repeat. That was ok, only 10 mins late. Today, my last visit, i went in at 9 am, waited 45 minutes again before his reception went to check on the delay. When she returned from the back i asked "is he even here?" She responded " no I'm sorry he is not". I had to leave as i had somewhere to be at 10am. Some people have jobs, consistently having to wait an hour for 10 minute appointment is not acceptable for me. I understand things happen, but, to not be there and reception to not even know is unprofessional. I will not be returning, i don't need his help that bad. I was only referred by my gp on a just in case purpose in case past issues were to re emerge. On a positive he is a very nice man when he finally decides to see you. Bottom line is don't go if you have somewhere to be expecting that you'll only be there the 20 mins the appointment would take if seen promptly.

the people who sent the bad reviews sent these before they got treated. this place is amazing, the doctors are nice. i was very depressed before coming, and now i feel like a new person. i recommend this place to people who are struggling, since the doctors help SOOO much.

Was referred to them and when called to set up an appointment they called me by my middle name. This I thought was a wrong number the first 2 times. When in the reception area there was further miscommunication regarding the name of the only other client in the room. I was asked to come in 15 minutes early, which I thought standard given the times. I wasn't expecting to have to answer an extensive, multi page questionnaire about mine and my families medical history. This was far from sufficient time to fill out the forms. Apparently they email the forms for people to fill out, but this option was not offered to me. Given the nature of the questions this should be mentioned over the phone as standard practice, or ask the patient to come in earlier. Particularly if they have an extensive family medical history. It would have been nice to be informed that outdoor footwear be removed so a person may prepare for such a request. I would have liked to have at least been able to ask if I could bring in my indoor footwear. The lady in bare feet might have appreciated that as well. The doctor visit was disappointing. I can accept that what direction I wish to go with my medical treatment might not be what the doctor sees as best. I do have a problem with a professional in mental health not being able to articulate why this opinion was taken and what sort of treatment would be best to seek. I am left with more questions than answers now. This sort of professionalism leaves much to be desired, on multiple fronts. From booking appointments, to being hospitable and welcoming, to understanding the needs of the patient. I hope your experience is exponentially better than mine should you seek their assistance.
