        They did not respect there patients, because we booked two appointments and they did not call on the day we booked the appointments.They did not let us know that they cancelled the appointment, and my wife really needed the appointment but nobody cared. I hope they change there way if treating patients.

        Waited over a hour in the waiting room just to get to see a doctor. Terrible.

        this place has gone downhill! Don't bother leaving a message because they don't call you back. Good luck trying to get in for a same day appointment regardless of the urgency - they'll just tell you to go to a walkin clinic. Also, they no longer have a lab onsite so don't bother going for that. Really disappointed because I like my doctor :(
