Terrible experience sitting in the waiting room and watching how some (not all) of the staff treat patients. Will not return to this location.

Horrible . Horrible. I haven't seen such an ignorance. The attitude of the staff is unacceptable. They speak so harsh to all of the clients.

Not sure whats going on at this lab but the level of disrespect and aggression I experienced was just bizarre! Please beware!

Bloody cotton swabs in my waiting room and the women walked around with gloves on touching everything defeating the purpose of gloves. Fortunately the gal drawing my blood was friendly and competent and she did change her gloves. So we will see how the results process goes.

Had an appointment and had to wait half an hour. Reception was unfriendly. While waiting, one of the staff verbally berated an elderly woman in a wheelchair because she asked to use the phone as she doesn't have a cell. It was incredibly rude and distasteful, I have no plans to return.
