I was there Friday, April 28, 2023. That Filipino man sitting at the front taking peoples requisitions was very rude and ignorant. I told him I had a hearing impairment and he rolled his eyes and practically yelled at me. Very rude and unprofessional. The young lady who took my blood was amazing and so sweet. Balanced out, but that guy sure needs a talking to how to treat patients!!

I was there this morning 14th April. The receptionist with a short curly hair was so mean to most of the people coming in. Also to me. Throwing a thing on her desk if she's not satisfied on the answer of the people. She shouldn't work as a receptionist at all.

Learnt that making appointments on their website before visiting could reduce wait time.

Booked online, got in as scheduled and was a very easy process. Waiting room was not over capacity. Will be using this location going forward.
