Terrible service. My mother went in to look at frames. While looking around she had a salesperson ask if she had an appointment. She didnt and let the woman know that she didnt realize that she needed one and that she was just looking for a frame and explained that, as she works for Costco, she has to get the lenses from Costco for coverage. The woman then said then you cant buy anything from here because we make our money on the lenses. Will never go back and will be spreading the word on the absolutely horrific service.

Great customer service! Bent my frames last night while we are travelling. Called and left a message before their business hours and the call was returned, an emergency appointment was made and my glasses are straight again! Thanks!
