        1 star. A nightmare to deal with. Completely low balled our property and valued at almost 100 k less than what the city value was. Gave us a complete run around. I really didnt care hear his reasons. Took advantage of the situation we had going on. I will never deal with this guy again. Another appraiser came and we got what I anticipated. Do your research folks. Avoid at all costs. Very disappointed.
