She consistently went above and beyond our expectations. Incredibly knowledgeable about the Regina real estate market, the different factors influencing the value of a home and its sell-price. She is an excellent negotiator and really helped us slow down and think through each decision. We just sold our Regina condo with Terrie and must say the whole experience was seamless and stress free. We were out of province sellers and therefore needed a realtor who could step up in our absence. She went the extra mile at every opportunity to ready our property for sale.
