        I have been doing my yoga training at Quan's studio about 2 years now, it was such a AMAZING experience!!! You could try Charla's yoga class if you want a intense yoga time for yourself, I always got a peaceful feeling in my heart after her class, she had such an incredible power to making me calm down. I also always got wonderful experiences in Jills class, she always keep me challenging myself, she has an such great vibes around her. Love here it feels like a family here! Recommend!! By the way,
