I joined Oxygen Yoga a couple months ago for a few reasons - overall physical health and strength building but more so due to struggles with my mental health, stress and anxiety. I cant tell you how MUCH this has made a difference in my daily life! I absolutely LOVE this space and everyone in it. So welcoming and the energy just radiates. Excellent hot infrared yoga studio , it is very well maintained , cleaned and hygienic. Instructors are well trained , supportive with positive attitude I will highly recommend

Amazing! Fantastic! Excellent! I have always been a group workout person. Had been thinking for so long to join this and I am sooooo glad I did. The group classes are awesome, all the instructors are superb, well trained and motivating. It's so much more than yoga, a different variety of workout classes are offered everyday, as well as different levels. You get to choose thes workout you want, and depending on the energy you have. The infrared heat gives you that extra bit of sweat as well as relaxation, esp. in this cold cold winter! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a variety in their workout. You can even start with a trial and get class passes! But trust me, once you try it out you will want to come almost everyday!

Staff is welcoming and patient , i love deep stretch and relaxation classes. Melissa is amazing instructor.
