Mind Body Soul Yoga

Ive known Krista and Adine for a long time and they are both incredible people that put their heart and soul into every class they teach. As a strong contender for worlds most inflexible human, there are days that yoga class for me, looks like Im playing Jenga with bolsters and blocks. Im more than comfortable doing that in their space because they encourage you to work with your body, not against it. Even the people that are super bendy in class are great. Theres no judgement, just a super supportive environment with amazing instructors. If you havent tried it... you really need to. P.S. I love my lazy yoga! Yin and Nitra are my favorites... but the sattva is awesome for the ones that want to get their yoga sweat on. Highly recommended.

I have done many different yoga classes at many different studios and I can confidently recommend Mind Body Soul and both Krista and Adine. The studio is relaxing and inviting and the instructors are knowledgeable and great at helping you at whatever level you are at.

I love Mind Body Soul Yoga! I was very hesitant about trying yoga because I was not very flexible... turns out you need to do the yoga to help achieve that! Adine and Krista are THE BEST instructors; they make all movements in the class accessible by giving options for all levels. They are extremely welcoming and encouraging; they helped me achieve poses I never thought I'd be able to do and I had a ton of fun along the way! When it comes to yoga in Regina, I encourage you to look no further than Mind Body Soul Yoga.
