We have been extremely happy with our work with Innovative. Scott has been extremely responsive through our build as well as follow ups. Initial consultation with Scott for scoping the build was very helpful and Scott was highly knowledgeable. The team was on time with their work on the build and efficient in their work. I dont know of a single project that doesnt have some bumps in the road and Scott and team have been great and helping with any issues that have arisen. I would highly recommend Innovative going forward. Hot water tank gave out just before we were going on vacation. Innovation came to our rescue by firstly assessing the problem and then arranging for a new hot water tank to be installed the morning after our return. Removal of the old tank and installation of the new was handled efficiently and to our full satisfaction. Very professional with the technician taking the time to explain everything from the initial problem right through to final installation. Warranty information and advisement that we qualified for Sask Energy Rebate was all provided via email making the process simple. Very satisfied. Service: Installation

This was our first encounter with Innovative heating. The fellow who came out to estimate (Scott or Kevin?) was the most knowledgeable about heating systems that I've encountered in our 18 years in this house--had what seemed to me to be an engineering level understanding of our systems (our house is complicated with in-floor zones as well as forced air). And Barry, who installed the new vents for heat and return air had to navigate some extremely tight and cluttered joist space but did it with grace and efficiency.
