We had intended to replace our furnace, Air conditioner and our hot water heater in the spring, prior to renovations. However, our hot water heater started leaking and we were forced to move that date to now! A call to East West Heating, recommended by a friend, started the process early. We explained the leaking water heater issue to Alison and the need to replace the furnace and air conditioner. Dwight called me and managed to do a home visit immediately, due to the leaking water heater, we had a quote the same day, Friday. Cory and Nathan replaced my water heater Monday morning and the furnace and air conditioner were replaced by Landon and Tyler the following days. It is a rare thing to find a company with employees that are nothing but professional, in how they communicated, their knowledge and in the quality of workmanship!!! You can see that they have a LOT of pride in their work.!!. The installation was clean and the quality of work is exceptional !!!! This is the easiest 5 star rating ever!!! Thank you!!! They installed a furnace and air conditioner for us and did a really great job. Explained all works in detail, have all documents in place, tested all functionalities and carefully adjust all settings to the original value. Also help reorganized pipes and cables with the furnace, before them I did not know you can make these things that tidy! They are really nice, patient and professional people. Yes, I will recommend them.
