My water heater failed on May long weekend. furnaceguys were the only team available to come and try to fix it on the Saturday (within an hr). When it was determined I'd need a replacement the OnCall sales staff (Jon) was there within 30 mins. Jon worked all day Saturday and Sunday to try and get someone out. Here's the surprise - their quote was the most competitive of any I'd received. Cody showed up in the morning - I needed some modifications to the cold supply and hot return (that were honestly just cosmetic changes I'd asked him about). I also needed the water heater moved 6 inches. Cody easily worked several hours longer than was originally scoped for the replacement and didn't blink about it.. he didn't even bill me any extra. I frankly haven't had an experience like this with a plumber in Saskatoon (and I've had enough experiences with plumbers in saskatoon) ever. Can't recommend these guys enough. I am firmly a lifetime customer at this point Thank you Jon and Cody!
