I took my Mercedes to Import after getting a quote for general maintenance from Mercedes. Neils prices were much more competitive and the service was fantastic. The number one thing I appreciate in any business is being able to trust the person making recommendations for me. This business goes above and beyond expectation. I stopped in to inquire about a new windshield and to ask about locating the cord for my block heater, and Neil not only gave me a great recommendation for a good glass repair business, but took my car in, put it up on the lift and routed my block heater cord out even though I had no appointment. He even noticed that my coolant level was low and topped it up. I offered to pay but he waved it off at no cost. This is the kind of service I used to get in a small town, so having such kind and helpful service technicians in downtown Saskatoon is astonishing. Two thumbs up!
