        After almost a decade of banking with CIBC. I just closed everything and walked away. No help getting an auto lone 5 years ago, td bank did though. No help during the pandemic, Affinity credit union did though. Tried to close old accounts and open a new one. 2 weeks later, old accounts still open. I'm left wondering why I even banked here for so long. The staff have been friendly but have never been able to help me. Had the most honest financial advisor with CIBC, he told me to change banks 4 years ago and get rid of CIBC, should have listened.
