RBC Royal Bank - Meeting Place (Cash at ATM only)

Very poor customer service.

Not at all pleased with the shift to a 'Meeting Place.' I switched to RBC because they had a location in my neighbourhood. Now we have a couple ATMs and a huge building at which I can NONE of my actual banking.

RBC Meeting Place - most ridiculous banking concept ever. I like how RBC tries to dress it up as somehow being advantageous to the customer. I guess if you define having to drive out of your way to a branch capable of handling all forms of legal tender advantageous, then sure. RBC continues to do what they do best - disappoint.

Issue :- credit card unauthorized transaction Worst telephone suport, no one picks you just need to stay in line ...I made 3 calls. First call - 1 hour + [none of the credit card executives are working]. Second call 1 hour + same useless Third call more than 90 minutes. - Poor customer service - There is no option to receive call back , while you're waiting in line. - went to bank in Herald Road , Saskatoon .seems like they do not have much clue. to raise a complaint for the credit card transaction dispute issue , I need to wait until it appears in online banking.
