Im ready for the robots to take over the bank teller positions in this branch. All the humans that work here are inconsistent and rude.

This place is always upselling, but even worse they are selling whats not required. I was set up with an account that cost $15.95 per month that had 3 transactions per year. I had it downgraded, but found out (just out of a slip of tongue by the clerk) that even lower, more suitable rates were available than what they offered (they were pushing 25 transactions on me for $8, and there is an option for 12 for $4/mo.). I had to argue to get these rates. In the end, they had me signing a 27 PAGE Agreement thar said "We will be changing the Cardholder and Electronic Financial Services Terms and Conditions" for some reason I am still trying to figure out. Then....They had my tap set up to an overdraft account so I had a month of $5.00 every tap ($7.50 for a Timmy's coffee x 25+). I went in to have it switched and they didn't do it, despite my repeated instructions to change jt or cancel it. Next day, much to my surprise after a day of shopping I had OD fees on every purchase I had made. Lets hope it is not $48 per transaction - the fee I was told i would be charged when I don't have OD protection (which i didn't want on an account i didn't use).They did not make the change to the tap account I requested no less than four times - they were so focused on upselling. More-a clerk had me pay a $700 Visa debt, that was actually a credit. He was confused what (-) meant on a debit account. We're pulling out. If they cant get this right, how can they be trusted with our financial future? Or yours? As with the rest of the reviews, i expect a bot response. Post script - and yes, their response to me was the same as the rest...a copy of all the rest.

Had to go to this location in order to verify my identity for a credit card. Couldnt even get that right and had to do multiple trips. Embarrassment to the brand and I canceled any plans to do further banking with this institution

This bank is so garbage, they now lock the ATM after hours. The drive thru ATM ate my interac card....absolutely trash

Would not recommend this bank to anyone. Staff almost always confused and not sure how to do their jobs. Always a long wait. I only stop here if I know I have an hour plus to spare for simple transactions.
