CIBC Branch with ATM

This is 5 stars to the SECURITY GUARD at the downtown branch. I work for Parkville Manor and drove residents to the branch. I was parked behind vehicles waiting for them, he came out...NOT to tell me to move, but just to let me know the two ladies were at the counter and would be out very soon! What a good guy! I dont like banks....theyre just as crooked as they come, im with a credit union...so this is not a good review for the bank itself.

By far the worst financial institution I have ever dealt with. Multiple issues over the years, but I am currently dealing with a completely unhelpful, and seemingly incompetent person for my mortgage renewal. This person has made my decision to leave CIBC easy. Even when I emailed another mortgage person with CIBC, expressing that I was very unhappy with the person I am dealing with, and that I would like to switch to them.....my email was answered by the person I am unhappy with. Seriously there are major issues going on here.

Lines are long and the staff are rude to the point of being condescending. One of the worst branches in the city.
