        I always used to discount pike lake because it's so close to the city but now that I have kids I realize I was wrong. It's just as beautiful as any of the more remote parks with tonnes of things to do, lots of playgrounds, the lake, paddle boats, mini golf, the pool with a waterslide, it really is a great park.

        First time here. Liked the campground. Found the single sites to be mostly level, lots of trees and private. There were a few sites more open and not as private. Sites only had electricity, ours was 30 Amp for our 35ft MH. Easy dump station and lots of water fills. Beach area looked great, lots of sand and a large swimming area. Nice clean service centers. We will make a point of camping here again.
