Stayed for 2 nights in October. We were not told in advance that the water and bathrooms would be turned off & closed from 7pm-11:30am. The lots were small, dusty and very dead. The lady at the desk was very nice, however the guy who drove a really old Cadillac truck was very rude on multiple occasions and threatened to charge for water coming out of the fresh water overflow. (When the grass could have really used some water!). We saw the owners driving by to spy on us multiple times, it felt a little invasive. There is a $250 charge if you drive over the dead grass (which is crazy). There is also a charge for Wi-Fi! In 2022! Would not recommend or stay again.

This is a very nice RV Park just a few miles West of Saskatoon. This is a well developed Park with many areas of grass. The sites are gravel and very level. The services provided (water, sewer and electrical) all worked well. Note that you cannot get to the Park without a short drive on gravel.
