Of the two interactions I've had with them both times they have failed to keep things timely. A tire swap that took way too long and completely forgetting to pull my tires out of storage after requesting them. Edit: 05/23/23 -- their service continues to be subpar. They also don't take appointments in person and will just refer you to online or phone as apparently no one in the entire building has the capability to book oil changes.

I purchased a vehicle from here and I didn't get it for 3 weeks. I was only informed that the vehicle needed new brakes when I was well into signing the paperwork. After waiting a week they informed me that they got the wrong part so I wouldn't get my vehicle for another week. Fast forward to the day I was supposed to get it the second time, I didn't hear anything from them and I had no idea if it was ready or not. My partner called the dealership to ask for an update and initially they didn't even know where my vehicle was as it wasn't on the lot or currently being repaired. The manager called him back and said they had to get it reprogrammed at Mazda (as it was a Mazda vehicle) and they dropped it off at Mazda the night before without calling ahead or making an appointment. As a result Mazda wouldn't be able to do it until the following week. On the day I was supposed to pick it up for the third time, still no communication from Hyundai so my partner called again and was told the manager would call him back but never did. I finally texted the salesman to get an update and he said that the vehicle was ready but just needed the windshield replaced. Like WHAT?? At no point did anyone tell me the windshield needed to be replaced. I asked why and he said "remember? there was a crack in the windshield" when there clearly was no crack or chips or anything when I test drove it 3 weeks earlier. He replied and said he was thinking of another vehicle and that it was a mistake but that there was a leak so the windshield needed to be replaced but they already did that. They did give me a courtesy car for a week when I asked for one, but the experience overall was just awful. I'm beyond disappointed that this dealership completely ruined my purchase experience.
