        The last review posts a picture of Diamond Carpet Cleaning. He was giving Ultimate carpet cleaning a poor review and Diamond a good review. The photo should not be there, should be on diamonds site. Diamond has retired and is no longer in business. The phone number and website for Ultimate do not work and as such the business is effectively closed. Ultimate did work for me. They did an excellent job without complaining about the poor condition of the house.

        Moving out of our house and these guys were a "no show" on a Friday afternoon for a 1PM appointment. Got a text a 1:43 saying they would be there in a few minute and then radio silence after that. Got Diamond carpet cleaning in the next day, Saturday, in the AM on a long weekend. Diamond got it done. New owners of the house are happy with Diamond. Ultimate Carpet Cleaning is not recommended.
