When I walked I was welcomed I believe by a manager which I dont remember meeting before. I went to the coffee as I love flavored coffees. The machine was out of order sadly. This friendly manger made sure to help me with french vanilla creamer so I could make a real coffee ( not what I prefer but he was so eager to please me I went with it. ) Then I wanted the na hos and chili and cheese ( these are often emoty please refill more often. The rest of the staff was friendly and courteous. Thank you for making my day better.

I usually have a fantastic experience at this location, and love the employees here especially the manager he is an awesome polite friendly guy who does one hell of an amazing job, unfortunately today I had a bad experience with who i believe was a new male employee.. The employee for one had headphones in so im not sure he could even hear me as he just gave the general hello, do you have sev points, and then asked for the total, I counted out what was 10$ as my total was 9.34$ I counted one 5 dollar bill one toonie, and 3 loonies for a total of 10$ the employee then said do you have 34 cents as I thought he was making it even to give me back 1$ change instead of the 65 cents it wouldve been which i appreciated because who wants a bunch of change vs a even loonie, anyway after all was said and done he took the money put it all in the till and proceeded to tell me to have a good day without giving me my 1.00$ in change. I then politely explained what I had given in change, and said that i was owed a dollar change, and the employee did nothing but argue with me that i never gave him a toonie only 4 loonies, which again was incorrect so I eventually just gave up and left without getting the change i was rightfully owed... Very dissapointed... Maybe if the employee didnt have headphones in hed be able to concentrate and not make mistakes such as this mistake. I will return to this sev because the other staff are awesome one of a kind, I just really hope an incident such as this doesnt happen for anyone else with this newer employee
