Review is of customer service and business practices as quality of wash of my item was fine. Was given the assumption that my item for pick up would be ready next day. Was not told of business closure Sun/Mon. Doors also closed/locked Tues/Wed this week. Had driven to the business multiple times and made multiple calls (both the out of service number on their website and another phone number listed in their window). No message returned. After calling property management, they communicated the message that the business (?owner) car wasn't starting. Went to pick up my item after almost a week, no concern or apology given. Instead was told there was a family emergency. This is a lie based off the information given to me from the property management. Hours of operation on website are very wrong (see pic).

You work on the road much and simply dont have time to do laundry. I have taken as many as 6 full garbage bags and its washed/folded and ready next day.a Works for me.

It must be new owners. There was no sign on the washer for loonies only. They got ignorant and awful customer service. 3 washing machines and 3 dryers were down. Her kids are running around as she is yelling at them. We left in the middle of our wash and drying. They were awful.
