Barbara (assistant manager) is very helpful. She has great taste and is very patient even when you can't make up your mind. I spent a couple hours at the store humming and hawing and she remained friendly and patient the entire time while helping other guests. I also got my wedding suit from her and she has been pleasant to work with Everytime I have been in the shop

We went to Tip top today as we are looking for a suit my sons grad , as we walked into the door we were greeted by Barbara , she was so helpful as she showed us the suits that tip top has and helped us get the right sizes for my son Even though we werent ready to buy anything just yet but she wrote the sizes down for us for when we are ready to purchase , she was consistently patient and kind . I would definitely recommend this place to shop .

A special thank you to sales associate Trinity. I was in a real bind for last minute formal wear. Not only did Trinity go beyond helping; she also has a keen eye for matching tailored shirts and ties with the suit selected. No pressure, just assistance. Spectacular customer service.

Father and I went in for a dress shirt. Was approached by an older lady prob 70s white hair and was very rude. Im a slimmer build and was told the smaller selection then my father was instantly told about the bigger sections and that the ones I looked at wouldnt work for him and went to try on a shirt. I went to look at the mirror outside the fitting room and she was there and demanded I button up the shirt all the way up even though it will basically choke me which I told her. She then proceeded to try the and button it up which I did not want and proceeded to be quite rude. So after that put everything back and went to another store. Will have to also say the quality in material and fit is hot trash and would not recommend it there is a lot of better opinions in the mall as-well as other stores. Try Caswells way better quality and better service.
