    An excellent place to shop for inexperienced customers. I was very happy with the customer service provided by Barbara McGraw as she helped me find a pair of suits and shirts that fit me just right. Her experience and opinions on what would look good on me was huge bonus to the shopping experience. I will definitely shop at this location again.

    Worst place to get help in. We walked in, no clue about sizing, a girl rattled on about slim fit and normal fit, then left us to go chat and giggle with a coworker while we wandered around, finally finding a size to fit my husband. We had to go in search on our own to find a fitting room, all the while they were having a great time chatting at the front of the store. Will definitely not be back!!

    On November 28th 2022, my fianc and I visited your store and received excellent service from your sales associate named Barbara McGraw. During our experience the store was extremely busy, but Barbara spent an entire hour with us making us feel comfortable and valued as customers. Despite her being very busy she still provided us with excellent service and helped my fianc try on several different suits. I cannot say enough good things about the service we received. On February 12th, 2023, my fianc, his best man, and myself visited the same store but had a very different experience. All three of us had been looking forward to this day as we were suit shopping for our wedding in September 2023. Our best man traveled an hour and a half from out of town to join us. Upon entering your store, we had a sales associate approach us. We explained to her that we were shopping for our wedding suits. This young woman appeared to have very little knowledge on what type and style of suits your store offers. We then asked if we could start trying on suits. It was at this time that another store associate, Melissa, walked by and told us we could not try on suits unless we were going to buy them because it took a lot of time to do so. We found this confusing as we had hoped to try on the suits so that we would know if they fit well and liked the look. I should mention that at this time we were the only costumers in the store. I tried to explain to your sales associates that we were hoping to try on suits today as our best man traveled from out of town. She allowed us to try on suit jackets but nothing else. It was clear that we were not allowed to try on suits that day so I asked the sales associates when we should return. The three employees at the store that day each gave me a different answer, one said six months prior, another one said three months prior, and the third person said a month prior. I left your store feeling devastated, disappointed, and embarrassed. I felt embarrassed that our friend drove into to the city only to be denied trying on a suit and that we were not worth the time it would take to fit us for suits. I was so disappointed because this is really the only big exciting event that my fianc has when it comes to the wedding and our experience in your store negatively impacted this. We then returned for a third time today, March 8, 2023, in hopes of getting the name of Barbara because we wanted to return to your store when she was working because we had such a great experience with her. The young girl from our visit on February 12th was working again. When we asked her for the name of the assistant manager, the young girl stated that the assistant manager has several bad reviews on Google. This unprompted comment felt extremely unprofessional and only frustrated us further. I am writing because I am hoping you can inform the three sales associates that worked on February 12th how their actions had a negative impact on our wedding planning. It should have been such an exciting time for my fianc and I but instead we left feeling embarrassed and unsure of now what to do for our wedding suits. The service we received was so poor that we have started to look elsewhere for our suits. We do not want to put ourselves through that embarrassment again or deal with salespeople that make customers feel like they are not worth their time. This is such a shame because prior to this visit we had told several friends and family how amazing your store was due to the service we received previously. However, it is difficult to overlook the negative experiences that have followed it.

    I went to tip top as part of a wedding party, I arrived and it was over 30 minutes before anyone asking me if I needed help, eventually someone asked and informed me that everyone that fits suits is currently busy and would be with me as soon as possible another hour went by finally I was being helped, but the woman helping kept leaving to help other people for more then a half hour at a time, by the end of it someone else marked my suit for alterations, I was there for 4 hours, I returned to pick of my suit, the store was supposed to be open at 10:00 am but the gates didnt open till 10:55 needless to say I will never buy anything at tip top again 5 hours of my life gone to get a suit
