This place absolutely has no accountability. They simply wash their hands of the problem and say , you need to call the manufacturer. Well you try and call the manufacturer its absolutely painful . They sell the product and give you no service . I had washing machine , brand new less than a year old . And it broke down . This is absolutely unacceptable and they make you call the manufacturer. When you buy a brand new car from a dealership you take it to the dealership to get fixed . The dealer goes after to get the warranty. These people wont help you at all . They simply pass the Buck . I will NEVER buy an appliance from them again . Totally unacceptable business practise

We have visited this location and Saumya Raval helped us to find best products for our new house. We are very happy to get excellent customer service from him. After 2 days we called him again and he ordered some other stuff and organize delivery accordingly our needs. Highly recommend if you are buying new stuff, he will advise you the best
