We've been a customer here for a few years and they have awesome customer service! They greet you right away and help you find what you're looking for if you just want to get in and out quickly. But if you have any questions they are very knowledgeable. We asked a tonne of questions and looked at lots of options. They didn't try and sell us the most expensive tub and there was zero pressure. Also, the sales floor is set up so nice. Lots of room to move around and lots to look at. Highly recommend.

Nikki was a pleasure to deal with when we ordered a new hot tub cover for BINcredible. It was a long time coming, no fault of theirs, as the supplier was a unable to get the material to produce the cover (which I actually looked into since we were desperate to get a new cover!). They kept us up-to-date on the order and gave us excellent customer service. We didnt have a good experience with the previous owners, so this was their chance to earn back our business, which they did! Small businesses, go through hard times, transitions, and miscommunications because we are all human. Not every business deserves a second chance, but it usually doesnt hurt to try. Im glad this worked out so well and we highly recommend their service.
