Absolutely horrific experience with the owner of the company. I phoned to have someone come back to fix work that was "completed" a few weeks prior. The issues were in fact not resolved, so I simply asked to have someone come back and finish what was started. Seemed like a simple ask. When I phoned, I was yelled at for about 5 minutes by the owner. He went as far as calling me "dumb" twice, and told me the issue was not with the heating system but with me, the operator, who was "dumb" and simply didn't know how to operate her own system. The plumber who came out was great, but I was horrified by the way I was treated by the owner of the company. Would not recommend to anyone as I would hate to have someone treated the same way I was.
