Worst and rudest experience at a jeweller! I do not recommend going here unless you want to be talked down to and made to feel stupid for asking questions. Worst experience I took my ring elsewhere and wont be back.

I have used this venue for 29 plus years Fred , Elton , Dillon ,Jake are always up to make your jewelry look exceptional ! Thanks to all of you ! what you all do i truly appreciate .

They Just recently starting doing watches and shows. They have no accountability. I got my waterproof watch battery replaced and on my vacation it leaked alot of water and Ive used it multiple time with no issue. after I called the guy who did my waterproof watch he said did I get it waterproof tested? And insinuated I need to get that when replacing battery. He wants me to bring the watch in so he can make some excuse that its not his fault.

I wish they'd update their location or if they shut down completely. I went to the location according to what Kennedy's Parabels told me to go. Google maps also told me to go to their location on 2nd Avenue. All I wanted was to have my Rosary fixed. They are no where to be located as far as I'm concerned. Bateman's jewelry happened to be on that street so I went there for their absolutely awesome service. Its really to bad because I've heard so many good things about Rings n' things only to not find them and assume that this is probably a business that is no longer open because of COVID. Edit; both the Google maps address and the adress Parables gave me match up at 249A 2nd Ave South. Couldn't find them for being up and down that street several times. Even if someone gave me a treasure map I still couldn't find them.

The lil square headed owner is RUDE! The guy mocks me, then mocks me again, thinks hes some kinda big shot .. Ill never walk in there again.
