I won't even give these guys a star, but it made me, I brought my ring in afternowing it and wearing it for 8 years, I gave them the chance to fix it for me, the ring was sent away for repair after two weeks I got a call that the manager wasn't happy with the outcome so it was being sent back, after another two weeks they called me to pick it up the ring again was not done satisfactory having gaps between the the diamond and the gold and it wasn't straight, ring is sent away again, waiting this time 3 weeks I get the call asking about my ring size and they will size it for me, in the meantime we bought another ring from this jewler that was also sent away for sizing, two days after I picked up my rings and wore them the claws bent while washing my dishes and I almost lost my half carot diamond, and the new ring has snacgs in it, jewler tells me theres nothing they can do and theybcan send it to get fixed at my cost, not a happy customer, will never shop with them again. The quality in their produ ts is far less than other jewelers and customer service really sucks. Paris in lawson.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped me inquire about the witcher wolf pendant I was looking for. I was texted a picture to make sure it is what I wanted to order. I was able to come back and order it and had it within a week. Great customer service.
