Great service and staff. I would really give more than 5 stars if I could. It was my first experience in Charm and I wanted to buy earnings but wasnt sure about the design and Mahsa, the sales associate helped me with her wonderful professional advices to make the best choice. She spent a lot of time on me and showed me all different types and designs and explained the great deals they had and I ended up buying a diamond necklace with a super deal for my sisters birthday as well. She was very polite and friendly and helped me to try different earrings and necklaces and she was so patient with me on making decisions. I am so happy with my shopping and I really appreciate Mahsa for her great assistance with my shopping. I 100% recommend Charm to everyone.
