My watch has a snap on back, and with a lack of tools I was not able to put it back on myself. After having it turned away from a watch repair shop (they will not take a watch that is not new) in the Hudsons Bay at Midtown, I took it to Ben Moss as a Hail Mary and they had the back on within 5 minutes of me bringing it in. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with my dilemma. 10/10 would strongly recommend Ben Moss.

I wish I would had never gone to ben moss store, worst experience ever, I wish I had gone to another store, but I guess people make mistakes. I purchased an expensive ring from this store for my fianc and within a month the ring started to get bad, losing its shine and even diamonds poped out. And it literally looks like I purchased a ring from dollarama for $5. When I went into the store, they said they cant do anything because its been worn. What does that mean, we suppose to wear it, if we buy it and we did not even wear it that much, not even while taking shower. Come on, look at the ring. Beware they sell cheap quality things on high prices. They just rip off people. I would never go to that store again, and I am urging people not to got here as they sell cheap quality and pretends it to be silver and diamonds.
