I called and was taken in short notice! Needed a piercing removed that was causing me pain and swelling. And I couldnt get in anywhere else without making an appointment for several days down the road but given the new swelling, I was worried and didnt want to leave it in longer than I had to. Cant remember the name of the awesome employee who helped me but thank you. My ear felt so much better and is healed up nicely. The earrings they make here are very pretty too. Lots of colors too choose from!

Amazing! Been here multiple times. I will always come back. Customer service is fantastic. Even when I had an urgent question I was answered back immediately and I appreciated it. 10/10
