        I had to special order a ring from the store, and I was told Id get an email when it shipped. I didnt get that after a month. I called the store again to confirm my email but the lady just said she couldnt check my email for me. Super unhelpful and not willing to communicate, I ended up having to get my mom to call them, as I am younger and Ive never shopped for rings. She really had to push just to see if my ring was there or not. Im inexperienced and didnt know that you guys suck at communication. If it werent for my mother I never wouldve gotten my ring.
