Been wanting to purchase some charms and rings. Tried on some rings and Got the vibe that we were a huge inconvenience to the people working. I will make my purchase online so I don't inconvenience the staff further.

I wore a ring once and wasnt allowed to return it after he treating me back. the manager was very rude and I notified hr of this action and hopefully something will be done.

WORST COSTUMER SERVICE!!!! do not recommend!! The manager is extremely disrespectful, and both verbally and physically abusive. They tell you that you can return items even if a little damaged but after visiting the place 5 times (no exaggerations) they would not let a customer return a ring that was only worn for a couple of hours. She would not even let the customer return an engagement ring for a canceled engagement and threw the ring box at the customer. I highly advise the company to take steps to fire that manager or risk losing customers. A couple of weeks after I posted the review the manger went to the customer's store to look for me. She said she wanted to settle this with me. Whereas, I am just a person who wrote the review. This behavior is unacceptable, very shady and it makes me feel extremely anxious.
