Approval process was easy, some of the staff are friendly but managers can be rude towards clients, I felt I was looked down by one of them, the account manager. He was unprfessional with me by calling me dude or man rather then calling me by my name and when I told him I don't like being called "man", he called me "sir" in a condescending way. Also, I realized that CreditMaxx DOES NOT report monthly when payments are made so it does not help rebuild a good credit at all. I don't feel respected while dealing with them and will look to refinance somewhere else as soon as possible.

I have financed a few vehicles with CreditMaxx. I never had one single issue! They were always very prompt and courteous towards me. Even when I sold my vehicle and needed my payout they were very helpful and quick to help me out

AMAZING. Shout out too Sarah (hope I spelt your name right lol) . She went above and beyond too make my life less stressful & vouched for someone she's never even met in person! I'm forever grateful for her help & her Manager for being soo kind and understanding of my situation! I don't know how to repay you guys but thank you for giving me hope & seeing that there is still good people out there :) . This year has not been a good year but you just made a huge difference in my life by just listening . Again, thank you so much !
