Wow - to say that Ryan MacEwan provides great customer service, would be an understatement! He treated us so well, and was so prompt in everything, it was incredible! We were ready to buy our first home. However, we had quite a situation - my husband was recently self-employed (less than 6 months) having been in an FTE position for over a decade. Despite our willingness to meet the minimum deposit required for self-employed home buyers, it was tough and challenging finding a mortgage broker that would be able to find a way to qualify us for a mortgage or match us with a lender. We had also talked to our Bank's mortgage broker, however we got the "wait for 2 years"! Then we found a fantastic realtor who then referred us to Ryan - an astute mortgage broker, different from the rest. As of this time, we had lost hope (somewhere in our mind, Ryan is still going to revert with "I'm sorry ...unfortunately...." words we had grown accustomed to hearing quite often these days). On the contrary, when we spoke with Ryan the following day, his cheerful demeanour could radiate through the phone with all positivity about our situation. He asked for a fewinformation to be shared with him (mind you - same we had shared a couple of times before with different mortgage brokers without any success). Ryan got back to us in less than 48 hours and said he had matched us with a LENDER! Long story cut short - we secured the mortgage at a good rate, and throughout the entire process Ryan was there to guide us. Today...we closed on our home:) All thanks to Ryan McEwan! I would recommend Ryan MacEwan to anyone who is in search of a new home in Saskatoon! He's the best!

If you are looking for a mortgage broker Ryan is the best. He went above and beyond our expectations. He was able to get us the best interest rate available at the time and a few days before the documents were finalized he found the rates dropped and was able to get the documents re done for us. We really appreciated all the work he did for us, and can't wait to move into our new home.
