Extremely disappointed; in laws have dealt with this pharmacy for years, the pharmacy allows seniors to be able to purchase 3 months worth of prescribed drugs at one time for a one time fee of $25.00 per, because in laws are seniors. The doctor recommended that due to the amount of pills that they should be bubble packed. As we had a 3 month supply of everything we took them to the pharmacy to have them put into bubble packs. The pharmacist said no problem it will take a couple of days and you can pick up. There is no charge to bubble pack, when the drugs were picked up there was a charge for pills. We took them home and then tried to figure out what the fee was for, went back and the pharmacy explained they had not used the pills we brought in they issued all new prescriptions because our pills were old stock. At no time were they asked to fill new prescriptions, they did not inform us when we dropped off the medication that they would not use it, in fact they did not even return the pills that were dropped off we had to go back again and ask for them to be returned. They failed to explain at drop off that they would only fill one bubble pack a month that they would not do the three months at a time and then charged us with no explanation. After the fact we received the information and many trips back to find out what they had done. Seniors do not deserve to be treated this way, the costs for three months is 25.00 per prescription the cost monthly is 21.00 per they profit over 75.00 if you are a senior and purchase your pills monthly; and they will only bubble pack a monthly supply. This is not a fair practice nor is it even acceptable to take advantage of people.
